Both 18oz and 12oz canvases are Australian made ripstop
horse rug canvas.
Pure wool collarstripe rug lining or 400gsm quilting is
used. Chrome tanned leather is used for the fittings and
plastic coated webbing leg straps with either acme snaps
or plastic ezy clips.
All rugs have reinforcing rope in the neck, hood Ds, rump
tucks, shaped tail flaps, and neck tucks if necessary.
Deluxe rugs have the old fashioned side buckle fittings
and leg straps, all copper riveted.

oz Canvas
You can choose from Scottish Wilkie canvas and Australian
Trojan canvas.
Wilkie canvas is blue only, very tightly woven and fits
and wears really well.
Trojan canvas is blue and dark green, is extremely tough
and wears really well.
Linings
Our quilt lining is exclusive to our rug range. It has 400gsm
polyester filling between cotton drill outers, so only natural
fibre is against your horse. If your horse is clipped, this
lining will alleviate double rugging.
